摘要: Radiotherapy can cause injury to any of the substructures heart, including pericardium, valves, myocardium, and arteries. Myocardial appears occur secondary vascular events. Coronary artery disease often occurs years decades post-radiotherapy, is associated with an increased risk MI cardiac death. Subclinical evidence cardiovascular consistent microvascular be detected within months completion radiotherapy, clinical significance this unclear. Valves have been generally considered unaffected by but recent data suggest that valvular relatively common following radiotherapy. The pericarditis radiotherapy has a strong volume dependence. A variety chemotherapy agents (alone in combination radiotherapy) are heart disease.
