摘要: Antigen delivery systems play critical roles in determining the quality and quantity of Ab responses vivo. Induction protective antibodies by B cells is essential development vaccines against infectious pathogens, whereas production IgE prerequisite for investigation allergic responses, or type 1 hypersensitivity reactions. Virus-like particles (VLPs) are efficient platforms expression proteins interest highly repetitive manners, which grants strong to target antigens. Here, we report that hen egg lysozyme (HEL), a model allergen, through VLP could provoke HEL specific mice. Moreover, acute were robustly induced mice sensitized with VLPs express HEL, when challenged recombinant protein. Our data show antigen context function as platform sensitization subsequent examination reactions molecules interest.
