摘要: The study examines the relationship between strength of an organizationOs ethical climate and problems involving human resource management. Data were collected through a survey 1078 managers. results indicate statistically significant negative organization'ss seriousness violations positive success in responding to issues. Thus, interventions that strengthen may help manage behavior within organizations.
