摘要: Abstract In these studies intestinal lipoproteins were injected intravenously into recipient rats in order to study the kinetic characteristics of cholesterol uptake by liver cell and inhibition synthetic pathway. Net from circulating took place only liver, this tissue manifested syntheses. Cholesterol quantified a rise ester content, was linear function time amount lipoprotein administered animals. Using groups that either fed or with as bolus continuous infusion, there generally correlation between rate synthesis content liver. However, no consistent quantitative relationship two variables suggesting not immediate effector or, alternatively, intracellular localization at site control rate-limiting enzyme cholesterogenic
