摘要: Fibronectin is a minor component of cartilage connective tissue matrix, which reported to accumulate in increased amounts osteoarthritis. The presence raised levels fibronectin human osteoarthritic by immunoperoxidase localisation confirmed. Residual femoral head articular from 17 patients with osteoarthritis contained variable but substantial fibronectin. This was localised mainly band within the matrix surface zone. No significant deposits were found this or any other area normal specimens. Intracellular identified some cells zone, indicating that it was, part, synthesised locally. and distribution locally produced suggest its synthesis response chondrocytes changes matrix.
