摘要: Abstract Fe 80 P 11 C 9 alloy with amorphous/nanocrytalline microstructure has been synthesized by mechanical alloying of the elemental powders. The microstructure, thermal behavior and morphology produced powders have studied X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. crystallite size, lattice strain fraction amorphous phase calculated Rietveld refinement method. results indicate that consists α -Fe(P,C) nanocrystals an average diameter 9 nm±1 nm dispersed in matrix after 90 h milling. Moreover, initially increases up to milling then decreases 120 h milling, as a result crystallization formation 2 phase. magnetic measurements show while saturation magnetization continuously time, coercivity exhibits complicated trend. correlation between microstructural changes properties discussed detail.
