摘要: Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of metabolic and cardiovascular symptoms: insulin resistance (IR), obesity, dyslipemia. Hypertension vascular disorders are central to this syndrome. After brief historical review, we discuss the role sympathetic tone. Subsequently, examine link between endothelial dysfunction IR. NO involved in insulin-elicited capillary vasodilatation. The insulin-signaling pathways causing release different classical. There vasodilatory pathway with activation synthase through Akt, vasoconstrictor that involves endothelin-1 via MAPK. IR associated an imbalance both favour one. We also consider hypertension IR: hypothesis hypertension. Next importance perivascular adipose tissue adipokines possess vasoactive properties. Finally, animal models used study function reviewed. In particular, Zucker fatty rat spontaneously hypertensive obese (SHROB). This one suffers macro- microvascular malfunction due failure system abnormally high prostaglandins, all alleviated glitazones for therapy.
