Nodular regenerative hyperplasia of the liver: Report of six cases and review of the literature

摘要: The authors report the cases of 6 adult patients suffering from nodular regenerative hyperplasia liver, an uncommon lesion characterized by small-sized hepatocytic nodules scattered throughout with no or slight fibrosis. histological recognition liver was easy on large specimens taken intraoperatively, but difficult impossible small such as those provided needle biopsy. In all this series, main consequence portal hypertension. not associated rheumatoid arthritis, whereas association has been noted in most previously reported. etiology and pathogenesis is unknown.
