摘要: DNA image cytometry is widely used in cytopathology as a means to obtain objective information concerning the diagnosis and prognosis of human cancer. Using specially designed devices, high resolution spatial photometric available images microscopic field. If quantitative specific stains are chromatin distribution cell nuclei can be measured, which one critical features for cytopathological analysis. In normal cells, changes appearance reflect activation patterns genes. tumors, dramatic nuclear common have been associated with progression disease. Features describing pattern referred texture features. Nuclear sensitive differences between various descriptive classes patterns. this paper we discuss main categories measurements. Texture roughly divided into following categories: 1) statistics distribution; 2) discrete features; 3) range extreme; 4) markovian; 5) run length 6) fractal Representative each above discussed together mathematical formulas, simple figures explanation well typical cells differ significantly some Key references also provided.
