摘要: 5S ribosomal DNAs (rDNAs) from two cyprinid species, Acheilognathus tabira subsp. 1 and Cyprinus carpio, were isolated sequenced. Tandemly arranged rDNAs 179 bp in A. 204 C. carpio. The non-transcribed spacer region elucidates the size difference of rDNA between species. Fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH) localized to short arms pairs chromosomes four Subsequent analysis demonstrated NORs one pair both Both NOR are carried by a chromosome tabira, but they located on different separately Karyotype evolution tetraploidy seems complex
