摘要: On the evening of October 10, 1990, many 474 inmates a state prison in Florida began to experience symptoms gastroenteritis. An investigation included interviews with inmates, evaluation kitchen and food-handling practices, cultures leftover food, stool cultures, from nares skin lesions food handlers.
