摘要: This paper is devoted to the assessment of some representative failure criteria in framework modelling behaviour strongly anisotropic geomaterials. Experimental data concerning a typical rock; schist Angers are first presented. Nine widely used then selected and classified into three groups, mathematical continuous models, empirical models discontinuous weakness planes based models. classification made up according main assumptions techniques each criterion describe strength anisotropy. The calibration one carried out with respect laboratory schist. Qualitative quantitative comparisons between experimental provided. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
