摘要: Emery Woods is a Quercus-Acer saccharum-Carya forest that meets criteria for old growth. Ordination analysis indicates variation in tree composition related to slope exposure. Size class the current canopy has high potential change, as Acer saccharum expected gain importance while without larger-scale disturbance most Quercus spp. and Carya may be lost from canopy, resulting lower diversity. We collected 219 vascular plant species 69 families.
