摘要: Based on insights from the decision-making and contingency theories, this study examined influence of strategic decision speed (SDS) international performance small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), explored conditions under which SDS effectively drives performance. We tested our model using structural equation modeling a sample 212 SMEs involved in cross-border activities. First, results show that fast is associated with greater SMEs. Second, analyses suggest relationship between amplified for organically structured SMEs, those operating highly competitive environments. In addition, outcomes revealed more positively related to at levels flexible internal resources. These have important theoretical practical implications business literature.
