摘要: We have measured the energy level separation from ground state to first excited in a high critical temperature superconductor d-wave Josephson junction. observe that bias current dependence of is strongly affected by large shunt capacitance and inductance junction electrodes. In order describe effect on dynamics we derive equation motion total system. general such circuit displays two resonance frequencies corresponding different scales. discuss various limits for values inductor capacitor.
