摘要: Poor oral hygiene has been suggested to be a risk factor for aspiration pneumonia in the institutionalized and disabled elderly. Control of biofilm formation these populations reduces numbers potential respiratory pathogens secretions, which turn pneumonia. Together with other preventive measures, improved helps control lower infections frail elderly hospital nursing home patients.
