摘要: Summary Germination response as well de-etiolation (chlorophyll fluorescence in vivo ), induced by irradiation with continuous red light (cR), were investigated etiolated, photodormant turions of Spirodela polyrhiza . Structural changes during these physiological reactions revealed and electron microscopy. Two different developed embryonic-like organs (frond primordia) found characterized greater detail. One the earliest cytological within primordia after light-induction was formation dictyosomes, absent before cR irradiation. Enlargement intercellular space first 48 h pointed to cell elongation primary process on cellular level. Cell division demonstrated subsequent period (72 cR) parallel visible emergence new sprout. Disappearance prolamellar bodies chloroplasts primordial cells germination detectable. The starch content plastids increased pre-germination period, especially apical cells. Therefore, carbohydrate translocation from storage tissue frond postulated.
