摘要: We present the results of studies on temperature dependence electrogyration (EG) effect, Faraday rotation and natural optical activity in Pb5Ge3O11 Pb5Ge3O11:Cr crystals at phase transition. A high EG coefficient is found for crystals. demonstrate how Curie–Weiss constant, critical exponents order parameter dielectric permittivity crystals, as well coefficients thermodynamic potential, could be derived from dependences coefficient. also show that increment appearing transition caused by a combined magneto-electrooptic effect induced spontaneous polarization.
