摘要: This paper focuses on analysis and development of a single-exposure dual-energy digital radiographic method using computed radiography (Fuji FCR-101 storage phosphor system). A detector sandwich consisting imaging plates an interdetector filter is used. The goal this process to provide simple typical plane-projection equipment techniques. approach exploits the transparency plates, information that would be otherwise lost, energy selective essentially as by-product examination. In order effectively make use large dynamic range (10,000:1), image reading mode fixed analog-to-digital converter gain variable photomultiplier sensitivity provides data which can related relative incident exposure for export decomposition algorithm. Scatter rejection requirements necessitated crossed 12:1 grids field size 36 x cm. Optimal technique parameters obtained from computer simulation through minimization aluminum Plexiglas equivalent uncertainty under conditions constant absorbed does resulted as: 100 kVp 0.15-mm-thick tin (Sn) lung field. yields surface 23 mR dose 0.26 mGy 23-cm-thick chest. Clinical application in evaluation solitary pulmonary nodule discussed, along with set demonstrating application.
