摘要: The Toll-like receptor (TLR) family of cell surface molecules represent a major component the pattern recognition system, which enables both vertebrates and invertebrates to detect invading microorganisms mount an anti-microbial response. Chicken Toll Like Receptor 5 (chTLR5) recognizes flagellin induces expression wide range immunoregulatory effector molecules. In this study 248 bp fragment chTLR5 was amplified, cloned, sequenced (Accession no. GU370775) characterized in chickens. deduced protein showed 98% identity with Gallus gallus; 74% Taeniopygia guttata, 47% Bos Taurus indicus; 46% Bubalis bubalus Ornithorhynchus anatinus; 45% Ovis aries, Capra hircus Homo sapiens. On phylogenetic analysis, gallus sequence clustered away from mammalian sequences but closest egg laying mammal (Ornithorhynchus anaticus), farthest primate group (Homo sapiens, Macaca mulatta, Gorilla gorilla, Pan troglodytes, Pongo pygmaeus, Theropithecus gelada, Cercopithecus mona Cercocebus agilis). Analysis number synonymous substitutions per site nonsynonymous indicate that nucleotide coding for were significantly under purifying selection not positive selection.
