摘要: In the present study, levels of metal contamination caused by former lead mining area were figured out. For this purpose, Pb, Cd, Cu, Ni, and Mn determined not only in sediment samples taken from different places but also some plants around place. digestion plant samples, dry ashing procedure was applied. Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS) used determination analytes interest. All parameters detection procedures optimized to obtain efficient high sensitivities for analytes. Standard addition direct calibration methods applied find whether there any matrix interference affect concentration found be highest each sample analyzed. Lead between 41 249 mg/kg soil/sediment 2.2 1003 mg/kg samples. The all with exception Cd current sample.
