Integrative review of spirituality in African American breast cancer survivors.

摘要: This paper reports findings of an integrative review the literature on spirituality in AA breast cancer survivors, isolates key spiritual themes, and recommends future research. Inclusion criteria are 1994 to 2004 research studies that included survivors 18 years old older. Content analysis was used isolate themes domains/dimensions. Seven resulted qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods. Themes identified were provided strength cope; need care for others receive care; beliefs God is healer control; assists decision-making; closeness God.
