摘要: There are currently various protocols for in vitro fertilization (IVF). For patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), an optimized protocol the downregulation of pituitary follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing via gonadotropin-releasing agonist (GnRHa) remains a challenge. In present study, primary endpoint ultra-long conventional long GnRHa intracytoplasmic sperm injection/IVF treatments PCOS was retrospectively compared. modified group, endometrial thickness, morphology, blood flow were significantly improved, as compared group. Furthermore, serum progestogen (P) concentrations P/estrogen (E2) [(Px1,000/E2)] ratio on day human chorionic gonadotrophin administration decreased whereas pregnancy implantation rates higher. no significant differences average number obtained oocytes, good quality embryo rates, cancel abortion serious hyperstimulation incidences, ectopic or gonadotropin (Gn) dosages between two groups. These results suggest that plus menopausal Gn medication may be superior to protocol, lead improved outcomes infertile PCOS.
