摘要: The body of literature in the field now commonly known as “quality working life” (QWL) has grown steadily over a period which industrialised nations have increasingly come to question role and status human beings modern technological environment. In recent years concern with nature work, its impact upon people, their attitudes towards it, seem sharpened. Investigation of, experimentation with, qualitative aspects life—its ability confer self‐fulfilment directly, for example, opposed being means acquiring goods—has gained momentum under influence unique set economic, social, political factors. outpouring books, reports articles from wide variety sources has, not surprisingly, apace.
