摘要: This chapter chronicles the integration in law of European Union (EU) fundamental right to personal data protection as advanced by Charter Fundamental Rights EU. It first explores a transitional period inaugurated solemn proclamation EU 2000 and closed with entry into force Lisbon Treaty 2009. During this did not have legally binding force, but generated nonetheless series references secondary law, addition being echoed Court Justice.
