摘要: There are several approaches to understand how a landscape, with its components, affects the genetic population structure by imposing resistance gene flow. Here we propose creation of surfaces using Pattern-Oriented Modeling approach explain differentiation, estimated pairwise FST, among "Baruzeiro" populations (Dipteryx alata), tree species widely distributed in Brazilian Cerrado. To establish surface, used land use layers from area which 25 were sampled, generating 10000 surfaces. "Baru" We randomized cost values for each landscape component between 0 and 100. these calculate matrices effective populations. Mantel test revealed correlation FST geographical distance equal r = 0.48 (P < 0.001), whereas correlations generated ranged -0.2019 r= 0.6736. Partial regression on was select matrix that provided highest based AIC criterion. The selected models suggest areas lower characterized as natural savanna habitats different forms, mainly arboreal dense savannas. In contrast, roads, big rivers, agricultural lands cause higher
