摘要: Abstract In this paper, we used a classic basal ganglia-corticothalamic model(BGCT) to study the onset and control mechanism of absence epilepsy in specific relay nuclei (SRN) thalamus. It was found that seizure state may appear SRN by turning coupling strength − v s r signal transmission delay τ on route “Thalamic reticular (TRN) thalamus ⟶ SRN”. With increasing , appeared two times, its has not been discussed previous studies. The activity can be well controlled adjusting activation level substantia nigra pars reticulata (SNr) ganglia, which is main output tissue corticothalamic system through direct inhibitory pathways “SNr SRN” TRN” our model. We interesting bidirectional regulation phenomenon as considering single pathway TRN”, or when they coexisted one network, also different from some theoretical At last, pointed out obtained above explain poly-spikes slow wave large enough. Therefore, results paper will further deepen understanding generation disease.
