摘要: Personalized or precision medicine maintains that medical care and public health will be radically transformed by prevention treatment programs more closely targeted to the individual patient. These interventions developed sequencing genomes, creating bigger biobanks, linking biological information data in electronic records (EMRs) obtained monitoring technologies. Yet assumptions underpinning personalized have largely escaped questioning. In this Viewpoint, we seek stimulate a balanced debate posing 7 questions for advocates of medicine.
