摘要: Experiments in primates have contributed greatly to our understanding of the neural mechanisms involved eye movements required view objects at different distances. Early work focused on circuitry for generating horizontal vergence alone. However, are associated with lens accommodation and usually accompanied by saccadic movements, so more recent has been directed interactions between accommodation, saccades. A new model explains basis a network which pre-motor elements shared these two systems. The effects saccades appear be result circuits as well. Current evidence suggests that pontine omnipause neurons, known crucial generation saccades, play an important role circuitry.
