摘要: Vietnam has made significant efforts through disaster risk reduction (DRR) and climate change adaptation (CCA) programs to enhance the resilience of its coastal communities reduce risks. These have contributed declines in weather-related human fatalities, but increases injuries economic losses over last two decades reveal that these not been fully successful. This research explores evaluates factors shaping success recent DRR CCA central Vietnam’s investigates opportunities community (CR) thereby risks future change.
