摘要: Recreational running is a popular sport. As the numbers of participants increase, so does number running-related injuries. The incidence injuries among runners high and varies between 20 90 %. diversity strongly depends on study population, definition assessment injury period follow-up. Although there much literature concerning injuries, little agreement when it comes to aetiology these Risk factors that are consistently associated with occurrence in higher mileage previous injury. There lack proof for link gender, age, anatomical variation biomechanical variables psychological clinical presentation, pathophysiology supposed mechanism most common described.
