摘要: Partial-frozen storage after respective dipping treatment of Lysozyme, Nisin and the mixture both, during which measurement TVB-N, TBA Ca2+-ATPase is carried out attempting to find effects on quality Ruditapes philippinarum. It turns out: lower activity Ca2+-ATP values can be reached in both. Furthermore, bears better results.
