摘要: ABSTRACT Recycled irrigation water is a primary source of inoculum for Phytophthora spp. and capable spreading propagules throughout nursery production. Chlorination commonly used by the industry to disinfest recycled water; however, chlorine has not been fully researched as disinfestant this purpose. In study, zoospores seven species eight isolates were exposed 2 min free available at 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0 mg/liter. Zoospores, mycelial fragments, culture plugs P. nicotianae also concentrations ranging from 0.25 8.0 mg/liter periods 15 s 8 min. addition, chlorinated was assayed monthly in 2000 2001 two commercial nurseries, quarterly first year four other nurseries Virginia, survival pythiaceous using selective medium. No any tested survived endpoint mg/liter, while limited ...
