摘要: We present a study which illustrates the modeling of Particle Scattering Structure Factor from Small Angle X-ray (SAXS) data. The studied sample was poly(amidoamine) Pamam dendrimers in water solution. intra-particle form factor P(q) has been analyzed employing an inverse Fourier transformation allows to obtain particle pair distance distribution function and gain information about dendrimer shape. experimental inter-dendrimer structure S(q) analysed framework liquid integral equation theory for charged systems From that, we derive effective interparticle interaction composed screened Coulombic plus hard-sphere repulsion potential, allow estimation surface charge Z eff . analysis, applied solution, strongly supports finding that structures is influenced by effects. As result, this quantity can be considered as crucial parameters modulation degree structural organization suitable number potential applications.
