摘要: A process for the separation and purification of individual phospholipids, especially phosphatidylcholine or lecithin phosphatidylethanolamine, from mixtures containing members sub-class phosphatides, incorporating methods solvent extraction appropriate to scale sample utilizing an acetonitrile, acetonitrile-hydrocarbon, acetonitrile-fluorocarbon solvent, which exhibit differential solubility properties towards phospholipids.
