IRM et exploration du tube digestif — Aspects techniques et perspectives d’évolution

摘要: Resume L’examen radiologique en contraste baryte est actuellement la methode de reference pour detection des modifications morphologiques intraluminales et parietales l’intestin. Le remplissage optimal anses intestinales permet d’obtenir une excellente sensibilite specificite diagnostiques. L’echographie, tomodensitometrie l’imagerie par resonance magnetique (IRM) sont ailleurs procedures diagnostiques interessantes dans l’evaluation lesions extraparietales intestinales. Ces dernieres annees, l’IRM avec enteroclyse colonographie-IRM ont ete developpees lumiere intestinale les changements pathologiques paroi. Bien que ces modalites fournissent bonne evaluation, visualisation differentes couches n’est pas possible comparee aux methodes echographiques. L’utilisation d’antenne endoluminale haute resolution RMN permettrait modifier l’analyse parietale l’intestin ainsi differencier types maladie inflammatoire d’ameliorer classification TNM tumorales un minimum d’invasivite.
