摘要: Cells of Spirogyra filaments grown in darkness become longer than light cells. This elongation can be prevented by a few minutes red given with intervals 24 h under the dark period. Far-red after pulse counteracts effect. which have finished their do not elongate further darkness. Along cell chloroplasts less spirally wound and ultimately shortened to straight bands.
