摘要: The purpose of our examinations was to determine whether gait analysis can provide evidence functional deficits in patients with surgically treated ruptures the Achilles tendon, and measurable parameters for rehabilitation result. In a retrospective study, we examined 30 traumatic tendon rupture who had been immediately posttraumatically direct suturing between May 1996 November 1999. We used applied Hannover score regard occupational athletic disability. average follow-up examination interval 24 (range 18–28) months. After processing results placing deficit-oriented therapy, final assessment conducted using mentioned above analysis. Prior beginning 100-point showed that, after an rupture, 66.7% good very outcome. Gait indicated significant mobility during swing phase, manifesting as diminishment active heel lift. At time assessment, findings from demonstrated that these were no longer evident any extent. yielded increase total 80.0%. is suited both detection following reconstructive surgery on musculoskeletal system devising individual, patient-oriented plans.
