摘要: Inulin-type fructans are polymers of fructose molecules and known for their capacity to enhance absorption calcium magnesium, modulate gut microbiota energy metabolism, improve glycemia. We evaluated compared the effects Chicory inulin "Synergy 1®" from Mexican agave "Metlin®" in two experimental models colon cancer bone metabolism mice rats. Inulins inhibited development dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis mice; these reduced concentration tumor necrosis factor alpha prevented formation intestinal polyps, villous atrophy, lymphoid hyperplasia. On other hand, treatments significantly increased densitometry (femur vertebra) ovariectomized rats without altering many serum biochemical parameters urinary parameters. Histopathology results were between different groups. There no apparent histological changes treated with inulins a mixture inulins-isoflavones. Our showed that inulin-type have health-promoting properties related enhanced absorption, potential anticancer properties, anti-inflammatory effects. The use as prebiotic can health prevent chronic diseases such osteoporosis.
