摘要: Bernstein’s Division Theorem (BDT) states that if an infinite cardinal number is divisible by a finite then the quotient unique, namely, \( {\text{km}} = {\text{kn}} \) {\text{m n}} \), where k natural number, m, n numbers. The theorem included (p 122) in doctorate dissertation of 1901 (published 1905). It was reproduced Hobson 1907 pp 159–162. BDT sometimes called but since there are other results bear name we use ‘Bernstein’s Theorem’.
