摘要: Abstract In the present study high energy mechanical milling followed by high-pressing consolidation has been used to obtain bulk nanocrystalline Al-Fe-Si alloy. Quantitative XRD analysis and scanning electron microscopy were characterize material evolution during thermal treatments in temperature range 25– 500 ∘ C . The cold-worked structure have synthesized with microstructure showing a mixture of significant low size crystallite (70 nm) level lattice strains (0.85%). Starting from specimens, isochronal experiments carried out monitor reserve transformations. annealing is required for ameliorating quality room consolidated materials removing all porosity obtaining good interparticle bonding. conductivity diffusivity are investigated Photothermal deflection technique. These parameters increase temperatures. This behavior attributed rate diffusion coefficient added elements inside aluminum matrix.
