摘要: Abstract Data are presented of the diurnal rhythm urinary sodium, potassium and chloride excretion in patients with disease involving brain, brain stem, spinal cord, renal nerves adrenal glands. No patient had significant impairment cardiac or function. Normal rhythms were observed after adrenalectomy (on maintenance 17-hydroxycorticosteroid), denervation one quadriplegia. Electrolyte excretory absent upper cervical stem reticular system, although these normal sleep-wake cycles; rhythmicity was also 2 unconscious patients. It is believed that under control subcortical parts brain; e.g., hypothalamus, not effected primarily by neuronal pathways.
