摘要: A mechanically-activated chemoselective Heck coupling for the synthesis of 3-vinylindazoles has been developed with aid catalytic amounts TBAB and NaBr as both dehalogenation restrainer grinding auxiliary. After tuning chemical conditions mechanical parameters, a series non-activated 3-bromoindazoles broad scope olefins worked well to give corresponding products in good excellent yields. further application this protocol was performed two-step mechanochemical Heck/Migita cross coupling, which provided highly efficient route axitinib.
