摘要: Specific heat data on diamond at temperatures between 20° and 300°K are reported. Comparisons of the have been made with predictions Debye theory. The deviation specific from value given by three‐dimensional continuum theory in low temperature region can be qualitatively described terms a superposition simple Einstein frequency. It has found that variations occur expressing reduced characteristic as function for similar to those face‐centered cubic metals Al, Cu, Ag.The values entropy, enthalpy, free energy determined tabulated integral 25° 300°K. entropy 298.16°K is 0.568±0.005 cal/g‐atom/deg.
