摘要: Phosphate derivatives are ubiquitous in living organisms playing several important roles. Therefore, the development of sophisticated artificial phosphate receptors and chemosensors that can work aqueous conditions is currently an area great interest. There a need to develop new methodologies for detection, separation or transport biologically relevant derivatives. In past two decades, many have been reported; these be broadly classified into (1) utilizing electrostatic interactions hydrogen bonds (2) coordination chemistry. The often inspired by design substrate-binding centers natural enzymes such as protein kinases, phosphatases phospholipases. More recently, targets broadened include recognition phosphorylated surfaces. Here we review recent progress molecular selectively detect media.
