摘要: Indium (III) phthalocyanine (InPc) was encapsulated into nanoparticles of PEGylated poly(d,l-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA-PEG) to improve the photobiological activity photosensitizer. The efficacy loaded with InPc and their cellular uptake investigated MCF-7 breast tumor cells, compared free InPc. influence photosensitizer (PS) concentration (1.8–7.5 μmol/L), incubation time (1–2 h), laser power (10–100 mW) were studied on photodynamic effect caused by Nanoparticles a size distribution ranging from 61 243 nm entrapment efficiency 72 ± 6 % used in experiments. Only dependent PS power. InPc-loaded more efficient reducing cell viability than PS. For light dose 7.5 J/cm2 100 mW, effectiveness reduce 34 ± 3 % while for 60 ± 7 %. Confocal microscopy showed that nanoparticles, as well InPc, found throughout cytosol. However, nanoparticle aggregates periphery outside cell. generated due particles experiment because small loading low solubility formation culture medium. participation singlet oxygen photocytotoxic corroborated electron paramagnetic resonance experiments, encapsulation photosensitizers reduced photobleaching
