摘要: A mechanism for caching dynamically generated content is disclosed, wherein initially, a server receives request from client set of content. In response to the request, accesses cached version requested content, which was previously, and determines whether still valid. If no longer valid (e.g. out date), then stored in cache, replacing outdated version. addition, freshly provided request. The thus with most current information. On other hand, if valid, foregoes generating Instead, it provides client. By doing so, reduces time required return client, significantly improves system performance.
