摘要: A process for the separation of a multiple domain solid feedstock such as that derived from ASR, WSR, and/or ESR is disclosed which comprises granulating to produce particles each substantially single domain, with type particle having different density. The are introduced into suitable aqueous salt solution. Aqueous solutions containing cations comprising sodium, calcium and ammonium, anions nitrate, bromide, chloride useful. dispersion mixer high shear turbulent zone utilized disperse agglomerated quiescent hydrogravity tank effect binary mixture stream higher average specific gravity, lower gravity. degree product purity can be obtained by subjecting either streams first stage additional stages separation. Froth flotation may used further separate similar gravity but chemical composition.
