摘要: A method for examining a substance interacting with hormone receptor characterized by involving: (a) the step of maintaining protein labeled marker capable generating light signal and test under definite conditions such that can bind to inherent ligand and, after binding ligand, undergo change in state thereof so as alter detection properties generated substance; (b) detecting described above; (c) comparing detected above from absence substance, thus judging whether or not is protein.
