摘要: We report on the build-up and intrinsic properties of polyelectrolyte multilayer films from poly-l-lysine glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) with different sulfation degree, i.e. charge. used three complementary techniques, namely electrokinetic analysis (EKA), quartz-crystal microbalance dissipation (QCM-D) surface plasmon resonance (SPR), to characterize assembly process assess obtained films. EKA elucidated contribution polymers charged groups net charge suggested that is not solely driven by electrostatic interactions. The combined QCM-D SPR data demonstrated mechanical are dependent polymer charge: sulfated GAGs (heparin chondroitin sulfate) form elastic while hyaluronan (no sulfation) assembles into constructs viscous behavior. water content these distinct regimes also discussed. Finally, we show rather complete characterization film possible employing two-wavelength two-media approach: thickness, adsorbed mass, refractive index, interaction kinetics can be studied alone.
